- Nightly rate: at equal neighbourhood and floor area, the price gap between two listings comes down to what the photographs show.

Does interior design really increase Airbnb revenue?
It moves the two levers that make revenue: the nightly rate the market accepts, and occupancy, through the click-through rate on your listing thumbnail. The Marrakech market is saturated with generic listings, so visual differentiation is the cheapest lever left.
