Home staging is not redecoration. It is methodical sale preparation:
- Diagnosis: property visit with a buyer's eye. What blocks the sale is rarely what the owner believes.
- Decluttering and depersonalising: buyers must project themselves, not visit your home.
- Targeted repairs: only what is visible and worries buyers (damp marks, grouting, handles, light fittings).
- Staging: furniture rearranged or rented, textiles, light, and the assets pushed forward (courtyard, terrace, Atlas view).
- Professional photo shoot: the photos that generate viewings.

Why it works especially well in Marrakech
Marrakech is an impulse market: a large share of buyers are foreigners or Moroccans living abroad who view five properties in one weekend and decide fast. They buy a projected life: breakfast on the terrace, the lounge opening onto the garden. An empty or cluttered property tells no story; a staged one tells exactly that story.
