A villa in the Palmeraie, on the Ourika Road or in Amelkis gives you space, light and gardens: which is exactly what makes it hard to furnish. What we take care of

Zoning and layout plans: circulation, reception rooms, suites, kids' and staff areas: every square metre gets a job.
Art direction: contemporary Moroccan, pared-back Mediterranean or updated classic: one coherent line from entrance to rooftop, not a catalogue of styles.
Decorative fit-out: surfaces, joinery, architectural lighting, integrated air conditioning, fireplaces.
Furniture and textiles: commissioned craftwork (wood, ironwork, marble), imported pieces, custom rugs and curtains.
Outdoor living: terraces, pergolas, garden lounges, pool surrounds, summer kitchens. Half of villa life in Marrakech happens outside: the budget should reflect it.

Primary home, second home or rental: three different briefs

Primary residence: durability and daily use first: materials that age well, proper storage, acoustics.
Second home: holiday atmosphere and zero maintenance: we also supply the complete house kit (linen, tableware, equipment) so you arrive with a suitcase and nothing else.

Do you design outdoor areas and pool surrounds?

Yes, always: terraces, pergolas, lounge areas, pool surrounds, summer kitchens and outdoor lighting. Outdoor furnishing typically represents 20–30% of a well-furnished Marrakech villa's furniture budget.

Can you deliver a villa turnkey while we are abroad?

Yes. Concept approved by video call, purchasing and installation handled on site, weekly photo/video reports, final video walkthrough before the last payment. Several of our villa clients saw their home finished before they saw it in progress.

How long does a 300 m² villa project take?

Three to five months from concept approval to final installation, driven mostly by craft commissions and furniture import lead times. A furnishing-only project with no works can be done in 8 weeks.
