This service exists for one reason: to let you run a design or renovation project in Morocco with the same level of control as if you were on site. Often better, actually, because everything is documented.

The three formats
1. Video Consultation: €270 / 2,900 MAD
Ninety minutes on video about your project: design direction, realistic budget, pitfalls, craftsmen and materials. Written PDF summary within 48 hours with actionable recommendations. Ideal before a purchase, or to frame a project you plan to run yourself.
2. E-Design per room: €690 / 7,500 MAD per room
For each room: moodboard, 2D layout plan, material and colour palette, and a complete shopping list with suppliers (Marrakech + online) and prices. You execute at your own pace; we stay available by email for 30 days. Degressive pricing from 3 rooms.
3. Fully managed remote project: on quote
The complete formula: we design, purchase, coordinate and hand over; you approve each milestone from home. This is the format designed for a riad renovation in Marrakech run from abroad. Fees: 10–15% of project value, itemised in the quote.
The supervision system, concretely
What "remote supervision" means here, week by week:
- The Friday report: dated photos + commented video of progress, sent every single week: including when nothing moved (especially then; you need to know).
- Monthly on-site video call: we call you from the building site, camera in hand; you inspect whatever you want.
- Milestone-verified payments: no craftsman is paid without photographic evidence of the corresponding progress. Never more than 30% upfront.
- Shared project folder: quotes, contracts, invoices, photos: everything archived online, accessible to you at any time.
- Purchasing and customs: we handle craft commissions, transport and customs clearance, with receipts.

How do I follow the works from abroad?
Dated photo/video reports every Friday, a monthly live video call from the site, and an online folder with every document. You approve each milestone before the matching payment: the site does not advance without you, but it advances without you being there.
How are purchases and payments handled remotely?
Quotes in € and MAD, bilingual contracts, bank-transfer payments on a milestone schedule verified with photos. We take no hidden margin on purchases: supplier invoices are forwarded as they are.
What if I never travel to Marrakech?
Entirely possible: it has happened: clients have discovered their finished property on key-handover day. The final photo shoot and recorded video walkthrough let you verify everything before the last payment.
Which languages do you work in?
English and French for all documents, calls and reports. On site we speak Darija with the craftsmen: which is precisely the bridge you are missing.
